This delightful and refreshing rose comes from the Hamri (red clay) and ancient sand terroir with limestone subsoil and shale of the Zaer region of Morrocco. All the fruit is harvested by hand. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with native yeast, and wine ages in stainless steel with little to no sulfur additions at bottling. The result is a delicate, dry rose with notes of strawberry and spice with underlying minerality. Lovely and unique!
